The Secretariat of the Intersociety Pathology Council is selected by the representatives of the IPC by a majority vote.  Since July 2005, the Intersociety Council for Pathology Information (ICPI) has served as the Secretariat, providing staff and financial support for IPC meetings, communications, elections, and the IPC website.
